“Forest Dreaming” is a song made in collaboration with a mixed fir forest near the Delaware River through field recordings and biosonification. It is my first official release with Agami Records for the Agami Seeds of Light campaign, precluding an album co-created with the more-than-human realm.

Notes on Biosonification: Biosonification turns biological processes into sound. The data — changes in micro-conductivity — is translated into MIDI signals, which "play" digital instruments. Willow uses this both artistically, to create immersive sonic landscapes, and scientifically, as a novel method for studying ion transport, water movement, and electrical activity in organisms.
